It's been a while....
Sorry it has been so long since I have posted anything! Life has been pretty crazy but it's a wonderful ride! As most of you know Elizabeth was born on November 3rd 2009 at 6:45am. She weighed 7 lbs 7 oz and was 20 inches long. She is now 3 months old. She is defiantly growing and is developing her own personality! She just started sleeping in her crib (before she slept in a bassinet in our bedroom) and she is sleeping through the night! It's a wonderful thing! She doesn't like change and she doesn't like to be woken up. If you are holding her and she's content she doesn't like to be handed to someone else. She LOVES music!! She has a music box that sits on a shelf above her changing table and to keep her from fussing we turn it on and she is just amazed by it. She has also started sucking her thumb. I tried to fight it at first but I have lost. It really is sweet! She can now roll in both directions, she doesn't do it often but it really excites us when she does! She's a sweet baby and I can't imagine life without her!

Doctor's Appointment...

Just a quick update, we went to the doctor this morning and everything is GREAT!! Elizabeth's heart rate was 138 which the doctor said is perfect! Adam and I are both very pleased with our new doctor and couldn't ask for better service. They are a very organized office and very personable. We also got the results back from the test they do to check for disabilities (not sure what it's called) and everything was wonderful there as well!

Ultrasound Pictures
Since we had our first ultrasound it has amazed me at how something that starts off so small and then grow into what eventually looks like a baby!! It's a complete miracle of God! Here are some of the ultrasound pictures so you can see it too!

This was when I was just 6 weeks pregnant. That little dot in the middle is Miss Elizabeth!!

Here I was 9 weeks pregnant. So yes in just 3 weeks she developed her head and you can see the
little arm buds starting to form!
Here I was 16 weeks pregnant. She is now starting to look like a baby. This was also the week we found out she was a GIRL!!!!
This is the most recent picture we have. I was 18 weeks pregnant. I love this one because you are able to see her little profile!!
Dreams...
It is 3:30 in the morning and this is the first time since I've been pregnant that I haven't been able to sleep. I'm sure this will happen more and more often as the months go on.
As I was laying in bed I was thinking of the different dreams that I and others have had about Miss Elizabeth. Most of them are quite funny and some are just plain cute, so I decided to share some of them...
First let me say that ever since we found out we are having a girl I am hoping and praying that she will be red headed and Adam and I both have a head full of hair so there is a good chance that Elizabeth will too. Last week a friend of mine told me that she had a dream that Elizabeth was about 8 months old and she not only had hair but enough hair to have a bob!!! And not only was her hair red it was fire engine red!!
And the most recent dream I had last night...
Elizabeth was about a week old and because she was so young she hadn't opened her eyes yet (in my dream this was completely normal.) We were on our way to church and she finally opened her eyes, I looked at her and said "hey pretty girl" and in return she looked at me, grinned really big and said "HEY MOMMA"
I laughed about that one all day yesterday, she was just a week old and already talking!!!!
